SHIPPING

 

Orders usually ship within 48 hours from on orders placed from Tuesday to Thursday. Shipments placed from Friday-Monday will not be shipped until the following Tuesday. We use USPS as our shipping carrier. If you would prefer a different carrier we can send a quote and adjust your shipping payment.

 

IN-STORE AND CURBSIDE PICKUP

 

Chicago residents, if you would like to pick up your online purchase in person the option is available at checkout. Please add a note if you would like curbside pickup.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final on one-of-a-kind items, paper products, and fabric. 5-day return allowed on unused items with the receipt.

 

Please note: Some of our products are one-of-a-kind; they might be individually painted, detailed, or decorated. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or provide a credit on items containing natural blemishes or other imperfections that occur naturally, due to the nature of the material used or how the item is created. As well, we cannot accept returns for any items that have been worn, washed, or removed from the original packaging unless the item is defective (ie. hole in the toe on the first wearing).
